Our Philosophy

At Ready, Set, Grow DayKare & Preschool, our goal is to produce happy, intelligent, well-adjusted children and to provide your child with tools necessary to begin their formal education in kindergarten.

Here you will find a nurturing, educational environment for children of ages 6 weeks thru 5 years old. We recognize that each child has unique talents, learning styles, and personalities. Our highly-qualified teachers and staff are committed to working within each child’s comfort zone to ensure optimal social development, emotional, and educational successful results.

We are a full service, state certified multicultural pre-kindergarten program. Our program also offers age-appropriate anti-bias curriculum, diverse student body, and bilingual staff members.

Educational Programs

Infants

(6 Weeks - 14 Months)

Our infant center welcomes and values every child’s development phase. We provide an environment where teachers, children’s and their families are encouraged to interact and develop strong relationships. In our hope to give each infant individualized personal attention and care. We keep our ratios low.

Twaddler & Toddlers

(15 Months - 2 Years)

Our twaddlers & toddlers are offered a variety of opportunities to explore their world through play. Gross motor skills and social skills are developed through both structured and unstructured play. Their days are filled with music, art, dance, story times and more.

Pre-kindergarten

(3 Years - 5 Years)

Although it may seem like fun and games to preschoolers, the curriculum we follow is packed with educational elements. Games abound that teach pre-reading skills like Phonemic Awareness and letter and sound recognition; basic math concepts; and hands-on science exploration. Mirroring the State curriculum standards. Preschoolers also focus on early writing along with incorporating foreign language, art, music and physical education round out the learning. One field trip per quarter.
